How to Get Started

At Pilates Northwest, every program is tailored to the individual. People of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels are welcome here. Private Sessions can be scheduled Monday – Thursday 6am – 8pm,  Friday 7am – 2pm, Saturday 8am – 1pm, and  Sunday 9am – 12pm. Reformer Classes and Supervised Practice Sessions are scheduled based on client demand.
